PERMODA-Dorothy Permoda, age 86 of Wayland, passed away peacefully at home, Friday, October 19, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph. She is survived by her sons: Don (Mary) Permoda, Tom Permoda, Tim (Theresa) Permoda, Joe Permoda, Mike Permoda, Bill Permoda, and Pat (Patty) Permoda; 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; and nieces Collette Schrank and Charlene Yock. Dorothy was a member of the St. Therese Catholic Church and had worked at Sandy Pines Nursing Home for 19 years. The funeral mass celebrating Dorothy's life will be held 11 am Monday at St. Therese Catholic Church Wayland with Fr. Christian Johnston celebrant. The family will receive relatives and friends Sunday 3-6 pm at the funeral home, with a prayer service at 3 pm.
