Working with Joe at Parker.  We became friends in no time at all , often talking about what's happening,  about our shared interest, about spiritual things, about work trouble shooting-at which he's a very smart man and shared things that he has learned
( and he often gave encouragement at just the tight time )
But when we really got to talking it was about family,  Joe loved his wife, children and all the extended family, and enjoyed doing everything he could do for them . He was very proud of the kids and all of their accomplishments.
Joe , your awesome,
rest in peace, you will be missed

I’m so sorry for your loss Rondeau family. I knew Joe from work and it was a pleasure working with Joe. Joe always figured a way to look at the positive in any situation we were in. I’ll always remember Joe, every time we saw each other he would shout out “What’s up Don” and we would talk about family and work. The last time we talked we gave each other a fist bump and our wedding rings clashed against each other and we laughed. What a great guy. Until we meet again Joe, Rest In Peace brother!

My deepest condolences to the Rondeau Family. I was Joe’s Supervisor earlier this year and I always looked forward seeing him in maintenance to start my day. He had a great sense of humor and he could always make you laugh. He also had great job knowledge and ability keeping those machines running.

Joe will be missed.

God bless & May peace be with you.

I’ve had the pleasure of knowing and working with Joe for the past 3 years. Being a woman in the industrial maintenance field can be extremely intimidating. Joe was always there to lend a hand or his knowledge. Often times, when I would solve an issue, he would respond with, “YOU fixed it, because you are the best, Monica!”
His encouragement meant the world to me.

He greeted every person that walked into the maintenance shop with a big, “What’s up!”

I enjoyed working with him and always looked forward to work, knowing I’d be able to work along side, Joe.
