Janice & family, my heart goes out to you at this very difficult time. I'm saddened by the loss. Your mother was strong willed, enjoyed sharing her life stories with those she trusted. Her grand babies meant the world to her, she loved to talk about them. A proud grandmother she was. I will forever remember her. May time find peace and heal your hearts.

Dear Jan and family ,
Your mother was so kind to me when I needed to stay at your home after school! She cooked for me and always loved to feed me. She was a smart cookie and she will be missed by everyone ! My thoughts and prayers are with you .

Dear Joycelin, John, Janice and the rest of the family,
I am so sorry for the loss of Mary. I remember all the good times we had together when I took care of your mom as one of her care givers. She was so caring and giving. She always included us in every holiday celebrations. We ate together with you guys, shared fun and merry made.
For every time I Ieft work without informing her, she will ask me the next day "Helena, you didn't tell me goodbye" my response: Mary, you were sleeping and didn't want to wake you. She will then tell me this" Helena, when ever my eyes are closed it doesn't mean I'm sleeping😴!

May her gently soul rest in perfect peace!

I met Mrs. Sager at the salon where I was a receptionist, we became great friends. Whether it was chatting over a cup of tea or going on an outing uptown we had fun. She was a special lady and I will always remember her laughing.

Mary Lorraine Sager was my dads older sister and my favorite aunt. She came west to Oregon to visit us many times as I was growing up and our family went to Michigan to visit there also. My last visit was in August 2019 and I am very thankful my husband and I made the trip that year and I was able to spend time with her. She was a loving, caring aunt and had the best sense of humor and a great laugh. I will miss her immensely. The picture I am including was my visit with her in her assisted living home during my visit in 2019. All her children (my first cousins) know how much I loved her.
