Patricia Gail George, age 82, passed away Saturday, October 15, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Charles George and her grandson, Jamie Lee George. She is survived by her children Gail (Mark) VerHage, Tim (Tina) George; grandchildren Terry (Natalie) Jones, Brittany (Eric) Batenburg, Heather (Stephen) Wilkinson, Heidi (Kyle) Falkenstein, Ryan VerHage; great-grandchildren Leo, Eve, Landon, Mason, Kaiden, Kaitlyn, Lucas, Hunter, Emmett; and many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Patricia worked for several years at Moline State Bank, later moving on to Three Rivers Savings and Loan and eventually retiring from Quality Pool Supply in Wayland. In her free time, she enjoyed boating, traveling the country with Charlie, and participating in dance competitions, which they often won. She will be deeply missed.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held from 12-3 p.m. Saturday, November 12, 2022 at the Wayland VFW Post #7581, 735 S. Main St., Wayland, MI 49348.
