Patricia "Pat" Jones

Patricia “Pat” Ann Jones, age 81, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Tuesday, November 22, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Russell Jones; parents Guy and Maude Bush; and five of her siblings. She will be deeply missed by her children William “Bill” Jones, Barb (Eric) Wolfe, Kim (Dave) Kaylor; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sister, Carley (Bill) Guidebeck; brother-in-law, Ron Jones; and many extended family and friends.

Pat was very “family oriented” and loved to spend time with her family. She enjoyed traveling, especially to Nashville, Branson, and Florida. Pat liked listening to country music, especially the classics like Elvis and Statler Brothers, along with watching her Lawrence Welk show. She retired from Sandy Pines as a security guard in 2008.

The family would like to extend a thank you to Kindred Hospice and her niece, Renee Gunnink, for their care and compassion for Mom.

The Jones family would like to express their sincere gratitude and thanks to the Veenstra family for their never-ending support of Mom through the years. You have become part of our family through the love you have poured out for all of us.

Per her wishes, cremation has taken place. Visitation with the family will be from 5-7 p.m. Friday, November 25, 2022 at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Services - Wayland Chapel, 312 N. Main St., Wayland, MI 49348. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, November 26, 2022 at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Services - Wayland Chapel.
