Ten years ago when I moved to Windsor Woods, the office staff introduced me to Phil.  He helped me get my old house on its feet.
I have missed visiting on the deck.  Enjoying the fountain and neatly maintained yard.

Phil built our deck 8 yrs ago. Thanks to him and the help of his good buddy Bill we've been and will continue to enjoy our oasis. Phil has helped me thru the 23 years I've lived two doors down from him and Deanie. Whether it was helping us thaw out frozen pipes, giving us an abundance of fresh tomatoes and cucumbers, we will always be grateful for having known him.  Our community will NEVER be the same. It is incredibly sad driving past his beautiful home and yard now and he's not there.  His deck feels empty not seeing him and his group sitting out there enjoying the summer evenings.  My family and I are truly very sorry about Phil's passing and we mourn right along with you.  Thank you Phil for all you've done for all of us.  As you always said" I just love to help my neighbors". You will forever be a good example to us as we fondly honor and remember you.  With much respect and love and prayers.  Gary and Terri and Cody and Stewie.

I met Phil when I moved next door back in 1989. He helped me set a concrete form for a shed pad the day we met. He helped me build my deck, shingle my home. I could not ask for a better friend. I tried to always help him back as he helped me, but I could not help him get well. Rest well dear friend.

Phil always had a smile and time for you!  He was a wonderful neighbor and friend to my Mom!  He will be missed!  Love and sympathy to his family from the Steines family!

I knew Phil for many years , I remember him as a nice  guy , and always had a smile on his face. So sorry to hear of his passing. R.I.P. my friend, your brother Dave will be there to greet you. Prayers for the family.

Oh Phil, where do I start?  I would consider him as a best friend when we were in high school.  He was so incredibly nice and caring and easy to laugh with.   The best memories I have (and I have many) was he and I LOVED to go mushroom hunting.    We found the best places and would have a competition every year who could find the biggest mushroom anytime we went picking.  
Then end up at my house showing my dad the pile we picked that day.  

Sometimes he would stay at my house and we would prepare the gems to fry and eat them as our meal.  We did share a few with my parents.  Lol 
We couldn’t wait till the next day for the hunt once again until the season was over.   

This is where I am going to say - if you have a close friend in your life and always wanted to reunite - PLEASE DO - because now I regret not finding him and visiting him one more time. 

Phil WILL be missed by many because he touched so many peoples hearts like he did mine💙💙💙
