Agnes Brown Fraser

Agnes Brown Fraser, age 96, of Houston, Texas passed away on Sunday, June 6, 2021. Agnes was born April 7, 1925 in Edinburgh, Scotland to George and Mary Kemp.
Agnes married her longtime friend and love, Robert Cairns Fraser on April 28, 1945 in St. Gilles Cathedral, Edinburgh. They were married for 67 years before Robert passed away on October 19, 2012.
Agnes loved to socialize with everyone she met. She always enjoyed shopping for the best bargains. She also liked to knit, garden and travel when possible, since she never learned how to drive, but wished that she had.
Agnes is survived, in loving memory, by her nieces, Charlene Diane Stauter and Christina (Elaine) Eason and husband Marvin. Also, survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins in the U.S. and Great Britain. Preceded in death by her sister, Christina McClelland along with her sister's husband, Charles Horne McClelland, their son, Calvin Scott McClelland and son-in-law, Charles Stauter.
Agnes was a generous, kind-hearted person, who loved helping people. Please keep her in your prayers as she meets our dear Lord in heaven.

A private family service was held at Forest Park East Funeral Home and she was laid to rest at Forest Park East Cemetery.
