Agnes Pearl Hurst

Agnes passed away January 25, 2026 at 95 years old in the early hours of her birthday. She is rejoicing with her husband of 71 years. She will be greatly missed by her three children, twin daughters, Nell Graham and Ruth Langley, son, Thomas Bruce Hurst, and son-in-law, Glenn Langley, along with many relatives and friends. 

Agnes worked for the Texas City school system for a total of 27 years in the cafeteria area. She made great friends while working there. She was a devout Christian and a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Temple, Texas. 

She loved her children and adored parenting them. She was a great mom and enjoyed helping them in all areas of their lives. She made it a joy being with her children. She made sure we were Christians and got us to Sunday school and church. 

She will be put to rest on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at Forest Park East Funeral Home and Cemetery in Webster, Texas. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. with a funeral service to start at 10:00 a.m. and a committal to follow.
