Amber Nichole Reitz

Amber Nichole Reitz, 47, of Friendswood, Texas, passed away on May 3, 2025. She was born in North Little Rock, Arkansas on July 30, 1977 to John (Skip) and Sandy Carroll. Amber grew up in Sugar Land, Texas and graduated from Kempner High School. She was married to Michael P. Reitz for 16 years. Amber had a career in advertising and public relations with experience in sales, customer service and management for HIBU/Yellowbook. She was also an owner of Kids R Kids Learning Academy of Highland Glen. Amber graduated from the University of Arkansas, where she became a sister in Chi Omega.

Amber is survived by her husband Michael, her daughter London and her son Ledger. She is also survived by her mom and dad, Sandy and John (Skip) Carroll, her brother Chad, wife Lola, niece Cassidy and nephew Cody along with many beloved aunts, uncles and cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the New Hope Church located at 108 W Edgewood Drive, Friendswood, Texas 77546 on Friday, May 9, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. Light refreshments will be served after the service.

Casual dress with a touch of “Leopard” or “Bling” will make Amber’s heart sing.
