Carl W. Brewer Sr., 88, of Pasadena, TX, passed away on June 17, 2013. He was born in Corinth, MS on January 10, 1925. Carl graduated from Central High School Jackson Mississippi and received a business degree from Jackson Commercial College. He married Bernice Jones on December 20, 1946.
Carl worked for Prichard Equipment Co. in Jackson MS. and Lykes Steamship Co. in Houston, TX as a book keeper and office manager. He had a passion for reading and sports, Nascar.
He is survived by his wife Bernice Brewer and his children: Carl W. Brewer Jr. and wife Kathy, Cecilia Colston and husband Cecil, grandchildren: T.J. Brumley, Scott Stewart , Kara Stewart, Chris McKercher and Timothy Colston, great grandchildren: Caleb Hayes, Chase Calvit, Cannin Brumley, Ashley and Brenden McKercher, and his brother William Thomas Brewer.
Funeral Service will begin on Friday, June 21, 2013 at 2:00 pm with a visitation to start at 1:30 pm. Services will be held at Forest Park East with interment to follow.
