He was born in Houston, Texas on April 8,1948. Carl graduated from Central High School in Jackson, Mississippi. He was married to Catherine Ann Kellogg on September 25, 2009.
Carl was the Business Development Manager for American Eagle Logistics. He was a member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, and had a passion for fishing, motorcycling, camping and spending time with family and friends.
Carl is survived by his wife Catherine Ann Kellogg, son Sean Carl Ray Kellogg, sibilings Joan Kellogg Cole, Karen Kellogg Lesley,Carolyn Hill, Kim Weber and Steve Kellogg.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 16, 2013 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Forest Park East Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, June 17, 2013 at 3:00pm at Forest Park East Funeral Home.
