Charles Luther Hubbard, age 77, of Nassau Bay, Texas passed away on Tuesday, March 21, 2023. He was born in Hillsborough County, Florida on August 5, 1945 to Stephen and Sarah Hubbard. He was married to Joan Hubbard for 54 years. Charles worked as a piping designer. He had a passion for trains and cars.
He was preceded in death by his father; Stephen Hubbard, mother; Sarah Hubbard, and daughter; Teresa Hubbard.
Charles is survived by his wife; Joan Hubbard, son; Charles T. Hubbard, daughter in law; Teresa Hubbard, granddaughters; Haley Hubbard, Anna Hubbard, brothers; Steven Hubbard (Catherine Hubbard), Richard Hubbard (Patti Hubbard).
A funeral service for Charles will be held Wednesday, March 29, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598.
