Florine Miller, Clara Florine Miller, was a resident of Houston for 5 decades and went to be with THE LORD and her beloved sister Janie and other family on the morning of December 6, 2011 after several weeks of illness. Flo was born into a family of 7 as the 6th child in Monroe Mississippi in 1926 where she contributed to helping her family and others survive both the depression and the effects of a world war. As an adult she moved to New Orleans, Fort Worth, and lastly to Houston where she flourished in her career with Aramco. Flo is survived by her two elder sisters Anna and Louise, and her many loving nieces and nephews as well as other local family and friends. She is remembered and loved dearly for her incredible kindness, compassion, and service to her Savior and our Lord Jesus Christ. The family will be accepting guests at Forest Park East Funeral Home at 11:30am on Saturday, December 10, 2011 with a service to follow in the chapel at 12:30pm.
