surrounded by her loving family at her home in Seabrook, Texas after her battle
with Pancreatic Cancer.
Cornelia was born January 16th, 1941 to Richard and Ruby Lampier in Teague,
Texas. She is survived by her husband of almost 60 years, Arthur Fowler Jr. her
son Richard Fowler, daughter Stephanie and husband Daniel Ziese, and
granddaughters Baleigh and Madison Fowler.
Cornelia retired from BASF Chemical in 2004. When her children were young she
worked at the Methodist Church nursery for several years. She had many
interests and hobbies. In her spare time she loved playing tennis at Baywood
Country Club. She loved gardening, crocheting, and going to quilt shows with
friends. She was passionate about her shop at the Alvin Antique Mall. Cornelia
was known for her amazing chocolate pies and sewing skills.
She loved spending time at her lake house with family, grandchildren and
friends.
Cornelia loved and was loved by her second family AnnaMae and Nunley
Russell, their children, Frances and Sammy Jorgenson and child, Barbara Richey
and child. She will be missed by many.
Memorial services for Cornelia are pending due to COVID-19. The family will
reach out when a date is decided. The family would like to thank everyone for
the support through this difficult time.
