In his early days, Daniel was a happy child. Loved playing football in middle school, ROTC in high school, great times with his brothers and hanging out with friends. Known as “Danny” to many of his friends and loved ones. As a friend, they don’t make them any better than him. He was always ready to lend a hand to anyone who needed it. He was known for his helpful spirit around church and everywhere he went. Daniel truly had a heart of gold and touched every life he was apart of.
As a young adult, he loved living life and after meeting Brittany, his fiancé, he traded his single days for bath-time, family dinners and playdates at the park. He would tell you that his greatest accomplishment was the beautiful family they created together. He was a dedicated and loving partner to her, and his three girls were the light of his life. If you knew Daniel in his early years, you’d never picture him the father of three girls, making beaded bracelets at the playroom table, roller skating in the cul-de-sac or rocking babies to sleep, but that was where he was the happiest.
Daniel pursued and achieved his welding certificate. He played a crucial role in creating various structures. His welding was impeccable and he was highly respected in his field by his peers, supervisors and his company. He was a very hard worker and had a lot of fun under that hood. Daniel had aspirations of becoming a welding inspector one day, a goal he had begun to work towards.
Known for his humor, Daniel made others smile and laugh everywhere he went. He loved playing practical jokes, even if he was the only one laughing. He was always up for anything scary. A scary movie, haunted house, the bigger the scare, the better.
Daniel is survived by his fiancé, Brittany of their home, and their children, Leighton, Lilly, and Isabella, mother, Lorena Gallardo, his father, Mariano Gallardo, brothers, Mariano Gallardo Jr. and Adam Gallardo, maternal grandparents, Gaudencio & Raquel Rodriguez, paternal grandmother, Anita Gonzalez and many special aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends.
