Donald Ray Rambin, sixty-three of Dickinson, passed from this life to the next on September 20, 2010 at Triumph Hospital in Clear Lake, Texas. Donald was born on February 12, 1947 in Nacogdoches, Texas. He graduated from Texas City High School in 1965 and attended Alvin Jr. College. He was a Member of the Pipefitters Local #211 for forty two years.
Donald is preceded in death by parents B.A. “Nac” & Mollie Rambin, son David Aubrey Rambin and granddaughter Carissa Nicole Jackson.
Donald is survived by wife of twenty seven years Jeanie; sisters Aileen & husband John Swift, Retha Rambin; stepdaughter Susan & husband James Touchstone; stepsons Randy & Bruce Reeves; grandsons Darin Rambin, Justin Reeves, Stephen Lamberton, Tristan Touchstone, Joshua Touchstone and Casey Thomas, granddaughter Kelsey Jackson; nieces Kathy Edgmon and Sharon Ray.
Visitation will be held at Saturday, September 25, 2010 at 10:00a.m.in the Chapel of Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21260 Gulf Freeway Webster, Texas, 77598, with the funeral service at 12:30p.m., followed by an interment in Forest Park East Cemetery.
