

Donald was born on May 3, 1930, in Port Arthur, Texas, to Earl Dean Williams and Helen Elizabeth Wright. He lived a long and fulfilling life, witnessing nearly a century of history while creating a legacy of love, family, and resilience that will continue for generations to come.
Donald proudly served in the United States Army for more than 20 years. During his distinguished military career, he completed tours in Germany, Korea, and Vietnam. His service was recognized with numerous awards and decorations, including two Purple Hearts, the Bronze Star Medal, and the Army Commendation Medal. These honors reflected his courage, sacrifice, and unwavering dedication to his fellow soldiers and his country.
Donald was preceded in death by his parents, Earl Dean Williams and Helen Elizabeth Anderson; his stepfather, Harold Anderson; and his five brothers, Edward, Earl, Lloyd, Floyd, and Robert.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 35 years, Molly Natilda Williams; his daughters, Ingrid Sisson and Shirley Pritchard and husband Jim Pritchard; and his stepchildren, Roger Boyle and wife Melissa, Vicki Drews and husband Lance, and Byran Boyle and wife Renee.
Donald was a proud grandfather to Jack Sisson and wife Cynthia, Michelle Aguiar and husband Steve, David Cormier and wife Alma, Christine Pierce and husband Jeff, John Pritchard and wife Jennifer, Andrew Pritchard and wife Jennifer, Dale Boyle and wife Brittany, Faith Schoor and husband Spencer, Grace Drews, Angel Drews, Byran Boyle Jr., Zechariah Boyle, and Madisun Boyle.
He was also blessed with 16 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren, all of whom brought him immense joy and pride throughout his life.
Donald will be remembered for his enduring love for family, his strength of character, and the wisdom gained through a life well lived. His presence was a source of comfort and guidance to those who knew him, and his memory will be cherished by all whose lives he touched.
Though he will be deeply missed, his family finds comfort in the many memories they shared and in the lasting legacy he leaves behind.
A military honors ceremony will be held in recognition of Donald’s faithful service to his country. His great-granddaughter, Joann Shultz, will honor his memory through her participation in the military honors ceremony, paying tribute to the legacy of service, courage, and dedication he leaves behind.
A life so richly lived is never forgotten. Donald’s love of the Lord, his many stories, and influence will remain in the hearts of his family and friends forever.
A Celebration of Life will be held at First Baptist Church Mont Belvieu, 10110 Eagle Dr, Mont Belvieu, TX, on June 27, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
