Edris M. Whitehall, 89, of New Braunsfels, Texas passed away January 11, 2015. She was born in Saratoga, Texas on June 1, 1925. Edris Mauden Neely graduated from Sour Lake High School. She was married to Wilbur W. Whitehall on April 29, 1949. Edris worked in civil service for Fort Sam Houston.
She was a member of New Braunfels Baptist Church and had a passion for family, friends, crafts, and travel.
Edris is survived by her children Hope E. Dean, Wesley W. Whitehall, and Bonnie L. Smith; grandchildren Norman W. Dean, Renee L. Dean, Austin D. Smith, and Adam D. Smith; great-grandchildren Dean E. Smith and Abigail L. Dean.
