She was preceded in death by her beloved son Samuel Pena Jr., parents Jose and Felicitas Rocha, siblings Domingo Cuellar, Carolina Salinas, Paulina Mendoza and Janie Rocha.
She is survived by her children Delia P. Medina (husband Roy) and Diana Gulski (husband Paul); Grandchildren: Desiree Gomez, Andrea Medina, Royce Medina, Seth Gulski, Sharon McGuire, Stephen Gulski; Great-grandchildren: Rex, Charles, and Martha Rose Medina, and Ezekiel and Ezra McGuire; Siblings: Lupie Bradshaw, Josie Hernandez, Mary Morales, Teresa Navarro, Martha Tijerina, Felix Rocha, Juan Rocha, numerous nieces and nephews.

Vistiation will be held Monday, November 2 from 9:00AM- 10:00AM in the Chapel of Forest Park East Funeral Home located at 21620 Gulf Freeway Webster, Texas. A Celebration of Faustina’s life will begin at 10:00AM and immediately following she will be laid to rest at Forest Park East Cemetery.
