Frank Payne III aka "Tiger"

Frank lived his life on his terms and did his best to help his kids and grandkids. His interests included playing cards, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. Frank built a career at Grocery Supply for almost 20 years, where he climbed to the rank of top supervisor.

Frank was preceded in death by his father, Frank Payne, Jr. He is survived by his mother, Fayetta Payne, and his sister, Dominique Coleman, along with her husband Lowell. He leaves behind his children Dominic Payne, Frank Payne IV, Jackie Wyatt, Thaddeus Payne, Ashton Payne, and Aliyah Payne. Three grandchildren, Ahkeem, Lyndn, and A'Zarie, also cherished him dearly.

He will be remembered fondly by his nieces and nephews, Mykell Coleman, Mykia Coleman, and Karena Coleman, as well as his great-niece, Harmony Allen. The extended family includes three aunts, two uncles, and numerous cousins. In addition, he had a lot of close friends who will miss him tremendously.

A visitation will take place on Monday, December 1, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Forest Park East Funeral Home, located at 21620 Gulf Freeway in Webster, Texas with a funeral service to start at 2:00 pm. A committal service and a reception will follow. The service will be officiated by Minister Maxcine Washington.
