Fronda is survived by her loving Husband of 44 years, James G. Hale and son Nathan, Seabrook, TX, sister Beth (Ron) Leathers, Pasadena TX, brother William (Bill) Vickery, Houston, TX, and special nieces and nephew Amber, Ashley, Bill Vickery and Nikki Walsh along with many special lifelong friends and special friend, Mary Labbe, who helped with Fronda's care.
Fronda loved to travel every chance she had, she loved her family, and she loved her Lord and Savior. Christmas was her favorite holiday to spend with the entire family.
Fronda is predeceased by parents Bill and Yvonne (Vicki) Vickery of Pasadena, TX.
A Graveside service is scheduled at Forest Park East 21620 Gulf Freeway Webster TX 77598, at 2.00 P.M.
