Gary Shaw

August 16, 1965May 1, 2021

On May 1, 2021 Gary passed away peacefully in his sleep at his home. He was a IBEW 527 Brother and all that knew him loved him. He always had funny stories to tell you when you were with him. He loved to be with his grandsons—they were his heart! He loved to make bug out bags and was a prepper. He could not do many things due to a hereditary disease, which limited his able to walk.

He tried so hard to be there for his three grandsons, that will deeply miss him, Carter, Nathan, Logan, and also a granddaughter Mary Lee, he unfortunately will not be able to meet. Gary is survived by his wife of 27 years; two daughters Paige and her fiancée Daniel and Katrina, and son Justin. He will be missed by his brothers Marty and Waymond, and sister Donna; his two nieces and his great-niece. He was preceded in death by his mother Arthurine and husband, his father, Calvin; brother Calvin Jr and sister Annie and husband.

He is now camping in heaven with his bug out gear!

"I will always love and miss my sweet thang!"

Sending much love and prayers. We are thinking of you Julie, Paige and everyone in this very sad time. Gary was a great person and I (Heather) enjoyed many conversations on Facebook. He was very upbeat and always spoke highly of you Julie and Paige and loved his grandkids so much. I can’t imagine your pain and just want you to know how much we care. Love always, Heather and Kelan and Aunt Ruth in Brantford, Ontario, Canada.
