Gloria Nolene Price

Gloria was born in Lampasas, Texas on December 11, 1931 to Nolan and Wilma Ward. She was married to Bill Taylor and Bud Price.

Gloria enjoyed a long career in advertising with Black Advertising Agency.

She was an avid Houston Astros and Friendswood Mustangs fan. She enjoyed bowling and was in a league until covid hit in 2020. During her younger years she was a member of The Hanger Squares, a square dance club in Friendswood.

She was preceded in death by husbands Bill Taylor and Bud Price; parents Nolan and Wilma Ward; son Alan Scott Taylor and brother Fred Ward.

Left to cherish her memory is her son Charlie Taylor and wife Mary; daughter-in-law Cathy Taylor; grandchildren Renee Metcalfe and husband Jason; Bradley Taylor; Christopher Taylor and wife Dina; Dana Waldon and husband Brandon; Allison Taylor; great-grandchildren Hunter Sanders; Mallory Burns; Charlotte Taylor; Emmalyn Metcalfe; Jacob Metcalfe; Corrigan Taylor; Kynlee Waldon; Hunter Mathis; Hayden Mathis; Branden Mathis and longtime friend John Bleecher.

A visitation for Gloria will be held Saturday, January 6, 2024 at 1:00 PM followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM at Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598. A graveside service will occur immediately following funeral service, 21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598.
