So sorry to hear of Harvey's passing. I will never forget the huge batch of ceviche he would make from the bass he caught. I still have the recipe. Rest in peace, my friend.

Harvey and I met in 1977 while working for Brown&Root at the Shell refinery off 225. We used to reminisce about how cold and wet it was that winter and laughed about grounding out welding machines to generate heat!

We worked together on several other projects, American Herscht DuPont Deer Park and then LaPorte. We finally ended up together at DuPont Bayport for twenty something years.

He retired first and would call me at work and say “when ya gonna wrap it up and retire?” Or my favorite, “if I had your money I’d have left along time ago “ . But now that I think about it maybe this was my favorite when we worked on shift together he’d make sure and get there first so he could say “I wish I had your hours..what are you a banker or something?”
 Harv was one funny guy, a perfectionist, great friend, hard worker.

I’ll miss ya “Boody” as Ken-Boy would call him.

I grew up with Lee at Ellington AFB and when we left Texas in 1966  the Breakiron’s and Kelley’s were family.  Even after not seeing each other for many years when we got together we laughed about the good times at Ellington.  My brother Paul and Lee were best friends.  Paul, his wife Teresa and I visited with Lee and Lynn last month and enjoyed exchanging stories.  I am so glad we were able to visit and meet Lynn.  It was an enjoyable time.  Rest in Peace Lee you will be missed.
