She was born in Burlington, Kentucky on March 30, 1938 to Kermit Mallicoat and Laura Lucille Kittle. She was married to Robert Newton Honaker for 42 years.
Jeannetta Honaker had a career as an operating room technician for over 25 years at Our Lady of the Resurrection and West Suburban Medical Center in the Chicago land area. Even in retirement she loved taking care of others.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband Robert Newton Honaker, sisters Gloria Jean Riley, Ruby Cottrell Rogers, and bother James Wesley Mallicoat.
She is survived by her daughter Vicki Harbeck and step-daughter Darlene Vera; grandchildren Amber, Erik, Tony, Keisha, Derek, and Tyler.
A family gravesite memorial service will be held Friday, April 27, 2018 at 4:00pm Forest Park East Funeral Home and Cemetery located at 21620 Gulf Freeway Webster, Texas.
