Jerry Wayne Nations, 71, of League City, Texas, passed away May 13, 2018. He was born in Ironton, Missouri on August 2, 1946 to Clyde Sylvester and Joanna Jaqueline Nations. He was married to Cha Sun Nations for 47 years. Jerry had a career in Airborne Avionics, Instrumentation and Electrical for the United States Air Force, Texas Air National Guard, Amoco, and BP.

Jerry was a member of the Bay Area Church and enjoyed serving the Lord through the church. He had a passion for working at the PSC Shooting Club.

He was preceded in death by father, Clyde Sylvester Nations.

He is survived by wife, Cha Sun Nations; son, Greggory Wayne Nations; son and daughter-in-law, Michael Lynn Nations and Rebecca Diane Nations; granddaughters, Marissa Jenay Nations and Mikayla Diane Nations; brother and sister-in-law, Richard Lee and Donna Nations; an uncle, and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Jerry will be held Thursday, May 17, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, Texas 77598. A Celebration of Life will occur Friday, May 18, 2018 at 10:00 AM at Bay Area Church, 4800 W Main Street, League City, Texas 77573. Immediately following, Jerry will be laid to rest at Forest Park East Cemetery.

Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at for the Nations family.

Jerry, was our neighbor for 19 years. He always had a positive attitude about life. I will miss our conversations about politics, or just about life in general. He was a straight shooter, and I respected him for that.
I will miss him as my neighbor and friend.

I had the privilege to know Jerry for many year serving in the Air National Guard. Jerry was liked and respected by everyone. Last time I saw Jerry at one our Avionics meeting at Denny's, he came with his infectious smile.. Many of his friends will miss him. We send our condolences to his Family. God Bless you all.

Sorry for Our Loss !. Sending Prayers for Michael and the Family. Jerry was a Great role
model as a Husband and Father. Ginger and I were neighbors for many Years and still
consider Michael to be part of Our Family.
Many Great Memories of this Family through ball games and everyday activities .
