Jimmie F. Jeter, Jr, 64, of Deer Park, Texas passed away on February 14, 2019. He was born in Fort Bragg, North Carolina on May 30, 1954 to Jimmie F. Jeter, Sr. and Pam Pell. He was married to Cindy Pousson for 21 years. Jimmie was a retired SSG for the US Army with over 19 years in the service. He was a member of the VFW for a couple of years until his chapter closed. He loved to dance and sing. Jimmie also was quite the jokester, scaring people! He enjoyed playing darts, shooting pool, and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his mother Pamela Pell; dad Winston Pell; father Jimmie F. Jeter, Sr; along with several aunts, uncles, cousins, and his first wife.
Jimmie is survived by his soulmate and life partner Cindy Pousson; daughter Angela “Angie” Rogers; grandchildren Bradly Fuqua and Kassidey Fuqua; his honorary grandchildren Autumn “Pocket,” Teagan Ashlyn “Ash,” and Danielle “Dano”; sisters Wanda Mansfield and Karen Warden; brothers Steve Jeter, Darryl Pell, and John Pell; along with several nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law.
He will truly be missed by all!
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 25, 2019 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Forest Park East Funeral Home in Webster. A Celebration of Life to follow at 12:30 p.m. with interment at Forest Park East Cemetery.
