Jo Ann M. Jones went to be with the Lord on September 2, 2010. She was born in Wichita, Kansas on June 10, 1936 to parents Foster and Arvilla Kitner. Joann is survived by her children, Janet Brecheen, Donald Lane, Judy Mitchell and husband Mark, Chuck Jones, Debbie Ward and Becky Jones; grandchildren, Mindy Trammell, Melissa Lane, Wesley Lane, Amanda Cowen Jodi Theiler, Leah Jones, Bianca Garcia and Eric and Amanda Ward; five great grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, Jimmy and Linda Jones and numerous friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Charles Jones, five brothers and loving parents. The family will receive friends for visitation on Monday, September 6, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Freeway Houston, TX 77598. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, September 7, 2010 at 12:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Forest Park East Funeral Home followed by an interment in Forest Park East Cemetery.
