Johnny C. Rodriguez, age 87, of League City, Texas passed away on Wednesday, July 19, 2023. He was born in Houston, Texas on September 27,1935 to Jose and Sara Rodriguez. He was married to Billie Rodriguez for 67 years. Johnny had a career in civil engineering and went on to retire from the field. He had a passion for fishing and hunting in his free time.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Jose and Sara Rodriguez, sister; Stella Gonzales, brothers; Roy Rodriguez and Joe Rodriguez.
Johnny is survived by his wife; Billie Rodriguez, children; Linda Garcia, Rhonda Rodriguez, grandchildren; Crystal Saunders, Melissa Macias, great grandchildren; Cason Holley, Rylin Saunders, Kylee Saunders, sister; Josie Contreras, Mary Contreras, as well as many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service for Johnny will be held Wednesday, August 2, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, Texas 77598, followed by a reception from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
