Johnny worked in air conditioning and heating, as a superintendent for Easy Aire. He was truly a “jack of all trades”. He could repair anything that had been broken or torn apart, restoring the items to their previous conditions or better. He was a hardworking man, and would have worked 24/7, if he could. Johnny served as a Shriner and was a member of the Blue Lodge in Berrien County, Georgia. His passions included fishing, having fun, jokes, golf and time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, L.J. and Ann Rollins; brother, Danny Rollins; nephew, Michael Rollins; and granddaughter, Angelica Rollins.
Johnny is survived by his loving wife, June Rollins; son, Johnny Rollins and “daughter” Cindy Rollins; granddaughter, Kristen Rollins; brother, Larry Rollins; sister-in-law, Mary Rollins; nieces, Laura Rollins and Tammy Sutton; nephew, Craig Rollins; and several great-nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Thursday, June 20, 2019 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, Texas 77598. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, June 21 at 10:00am, followed by a Committal Service in the Forest Park East Cemetery.
