Jose Guadalupe Reyes, 83, of South Houston, passed away June 29, 2026. He was born in Robstown, Texas on February 19, 1943 to Merceles Reyes and Maria Villa Lobos. He was married to Antonia P. Reyes for 63 years.
Jose had a career in the hotel and private transportation industry. He had worked for Shamrock Hilton and Hyatt Regency Hotel as well as South Houston Town Car and Limousine Co. He had a passion for family, fishing, baseball, and being with his grandkids.
He was preceded in death by his brothers; Johnny Reyes, Thomas Reyes, Chewy Reyes, and Minga Reyes.
Jose is survived by Antonia P. Reyes, Jimmy Reyes, Joe Reyes, Christine R. Marquez, Estella Ramon, grandsons and granddaughters.
