Joyce was born and raised in Rochester, NY. She and her husband, Joe Coniglio moved to Houston, TX in the early 1990's. She is survived by her daughter, Debbie Ortiz (Michael)-Texas, her sons; Brian Abramson-Rochester, Scott Abramson (Marybeth)- North Carolina, Mark Abramson (Patricia)- Texas, Jeff Abramson - Florida, Michael Bryce (Paulette) - Texas. Her grandchildren: Jason Christa (Karen), Brandon Christa (Ana), Brittany Guerra (Michael), lan Abramson (Crystal), Kari Davis (Tom), Danielle Abramson, Nichole Nieman (Jeffrey), Noelle Abramson, Taylor Abramson, Kyle Abramson, Dylan Abramson, Kayla Bryce. Great Grandchildren: Dalton and Evelyn Christa, Chloe, Tyler and Daniel Christa; Aubrey and Arianna Guerra; Amelia and Annabelle Abramson, Sophia Davis, Henry Nieman, Mason Barrett. Her beloved cats Surewood and Princess. And several nephews and nieces.
She is preceded in death by her husband Joseph Coniglio, parents Louis and Gladys Levin, her sisters Shelia Gold and Myrna Cherney, her nieces, Sheri Schwartz, Robin Blaackman, Jodi Weinberger.
She enjoyed a varied career beginning with modeling commercial aprons that were made and sold by her father; ushering at the Eastman Theatre in Rochester, NY; management in the banking industry and lastly has an Executive Assistant at American Homestar in League City, TX.
She had a great passion for cats and adored her two felines: Surewood and Princess. She enjoyed exercising, reading, and watching shows that typically were in the murder mystery genre. She also enjoyed adult coloring electronically and manually, crossword puzzles and word search. She took pride in always dressing in beautifully fashionable and coordinated outfits. When her husband Joe was with us, she enjoyed boating around the Clear Lake area in their cabin cruiser. While at the Delaney Parkway Lakes she enjoyed playing Bingo and partaking in their family holiday events.
The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Bonnie Markland who was a great friend that not only shared many fun and memorable times with Joyce but was more than willing to lend a helping hand when needed.
Visitation will be held at Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598, US, on April 20, 2026, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am.

Committal will follow at Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598, US, on April 20, 2026, from 11:00 am to 11:30 am.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
