Hey nanny. I miss you so much i wish you were here for me to call when i need some advice or love or just to talk. Im 16 now and i was 9 when you passed away you were here for only half but it still feels like you were there my whole life. It still feels like it happened just yesterday. I sit and wander what life would be if you were still here. You were an amazing women and mom and grandma. And your cooking felt like home the smell of your cooking and taste was my favorite. I used to go to papas when he was cooking watching old westerns or crime shows in his rocking chair and pepsi blanket. It all brings me back to you i love you nanny and i miss you still to this day 7 years later. Anytime i talk about you my first thing i talk about is how mom would always tell you no sweets and as soon as she left it was pepsi floats cause you didnt have root beer and little candies. Or how when i was 5 i fit your high heels and i used to put your rollers in my hair and tried to act like you haha. Im doing good now making it on my own paying my own bills i wish you were here to tell me good job baby but i know your in a better place... you know sometimes i can stare at mom and i think of you she idoled you and so did i. I have you on my heart in ink and in memories. You were never forgoten and never will be i love you nanny ❤

I miss you!!! My heart hurts. I know I will see you again one day soon. I close my eyes and picture you smiling at me, understanding me and giving great advice. It truly hurts in my throat and chest so bad. I accepted being able to go on without you since God doesn't make mistakes...I just know your holding my two babies in heaven. I love you!

It has been a year since you have left us. There isn't a day that goes by we do not think about you. William and Kyla miss you so much. They talk about you all the time. I tell them you are with them always. I know you hear him, but William talks to you all the time. We miss you and love you so much. Sometimes it is hard to think you are gone. Maybe it is because you are with me all the time. I love you and I will see you in my dreams!

Dear Mom, Well it's been a year today. Only God knows, and I guess you do too,how much I miss you.So many times when things happen the first thing I think is , I gotta call Mom. Then I realize I can't. I wish I knew how you are doing, and what you are doing up there. We have been through so much together,I always knew I could come to you for anything. I don't have a best friend to talk to anymore because you were and will always be my only best friend. God I miss you so much!!! I hope you are standing over me as I type this to you.Remenber the letters we use to right to each other when we were apart? Now here we are apart again.I just hope this letter reaches you somehow. My Nanny was a wonderful person! She always left her heart open to anyone. I love and miss her so much. I do know she will always be with us, to point us in the right direction. I will always remember her beautiful smile and little laugh. She will be in my heart forever.

I remember your Mom very well. I was 11 or 12yrs old your dad would drop me off at jr. high sch. and then take your mom to central high sch. She was a beautiful lady and use to beat my butt at ping-pong on a regular basis. I love you Pammy Joe.....Uncle Rodger

Pammy,when I think of Joyce I remember when she and your dad lived on Marine street in CA.  She was cooking steaks on a tabletop grill, inside the house!  I think the steaks turned out fine, the house was smokey, and your mom laughed.  She had a great laugh.  Even though I haven't seen her in a long while, I will miss her. Pammy, I know there aren't any words to make you feel better. Just know that even though we are not close in miles, we are in spirit and we love you and are always here if you need us.I know this sounds silly, but the thing I remember about Joyce was the earrings she used to wear when we were young. They were long dangles with big colored balls on the end, see I told you it was silly! They were cool!
