Judith’s life was a true testament to her selfless and loving spirit. Married to Joe Kelly for 43 wonderful years, their partnership was the bedrock of a happy home until his passing in 2005. Judith had an unmatched love for her role as 'Mimi', opening her heart widely and unconditionally to her family. An awesome person through and through, Judith was always true to herself, placing everyone's needs before her own. Judith's open-hearted and caring nature cherished her family and everyone she met, her kindness enduring and unmatched. Her capacity to bring a little bit of light and humor into the everyday was a gift to all.
Judith was preceded in death by her dear parents, Lynn and Dorothy Elmore, as well as her beloved husband, Joe Kelly.
She shall live on in the hearts of those who survive her: her daughter Donna Traylor; her son Monty "Bubba" Kelly and his wife Tiffany; and her sister Patricia Bennett. Her legacy continues in the lives of her grandchildren (her favorite people!) Shelbie Hill, Justin Kelly and his wife Cephany, Brittany Simpson and her husband Chris, and Baileigh Traylor, and her cherished great-grandson Wayne Ray Simpson. Numerous nieces and nephews also hold her memory dear.
The kindness and care that characterized her interactions extended well beyond her immediate family, touching the lives of many around her. Though she's departed, the positive impact she made will forever resonate within those fortunate enough to have known her.
