A proud native born son of Texas, Justin Robert Woods was born on February 20, 1984 in Houston, Texas. He was a graduate of Dobie High School, where he served as Drum Captain for the Longhorn Marching Band. Never turning down an opportunity for a new adventure, he enlisted and served four years in the United States Navy, thus becoming a world traveler. Upon his discharge from active duty, Justin went on to complete a Bachelors Degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry Riddle University. Continuing on in his Naval career, Justin became a Commissioned Officer and completed the flight training program at NAS Pensacola Training Airwing 5. As an outgoing and zealous young man, Justin never missed the opportunity to make a new friend or participate in an adventure, no matter how outlandish it may have seemed. Allison- you were such a lucky girl to marry such an awesome guy. I'm sorry that his time with us was so short. Praying for you and the rest of the family during this difficult time. Woody and I only knew each other for a short time but I will never forget his infectious personality, awesome smile, and warm heart.
