I will miss you Kathy, You were one of the kindest people I ever knew!

Kathy was a kind sole with a loving heart, especially for animals.  I had the pleasure of working with her at A New Dawn Pet Adoption.

My dear friend is resting peacefully now, she is in a better place and with her mother.  She was a good friend, co-worker, and loved her family. Until we meet again!

Hard to believe we are saying good bye all too soon.  We were co-workers and friends for over 30 years and in that time we celebrated marriages, births and many birthdays as we all grew older.  I will always remember when you first started working with me and how shy and quite you were and especially how easily you cried.  I will remember us talking and laughing about those "good old time" and the time we were all "Bo's Angels" Janet, Sharon, you and I know what that means. I know that you are now at peace and no longer in pain.  I know you are enjoying the reunion with your mom,and lets not forget your precious poodle Jamie. Kathy you will be missed by those who knew and loved you.

So, good bye for now and may you rest in peace.

Dear family, 

My sympathy and warmest thoughts are with you now. I knew Kathy from the Chronicle. Always with a Texas-size smile, she would pleasantly greet us when she walked into the computer room. Even if she was in a hurry for her accounting reports she was always considerate and never demanding of us slowpokes. She would just wait patiently and share a funny story and crack all of us up. I will never forget how lovingly and affectionately she spoke of her family, as well. Now she's sharing her funny stories with the angels.

Although I knew you for just a short time, I knew you were a loving, caring person, who had a special place in her heart not just for people, but for animals.  I enjoyed working with you at the shelter, and will miss seeing you.  God has accepted another angel into his kingdom, and he is glad.

I will miss you so much, we had some good times, You will always be remembered, Loved, but  never forgotten. The love you had for Animals was overwhelming. I am so proud you were my FRIEND.

Kathy, I pray for your family, as you are already missed by your Chronicle family.  It's hard to beleive your gone, we worked with and together for so many years, laughed and encouraged one another.  I am very blessed with the time we had, but now I know your one of God's angels and no more pain.  God bless your family at this time as they have had such a blessing sharing you with others.

We will miss your smile and funny side. You always knew how to bring happiness and smiles to anyone. You will forever have a place in our hearts. Thank you for all the good you brought into our lives, all the sorrow you helped us through, and all the joy you shared with us all. This is not goodbye, only see you later. We will keep you in our memories and your love in our hearts.

Kathy, It's hard to find the right words for what I want to say, but here goes. I have known you for 35 years, We were the best of friends when our boys were at a very young age and remained so for a very very long time. As our own lives developed and changed over time we still seemed to keep a close bond that could not be broken. You were a great friend, confidant, sister-in-law and many other things to me that I will never forget. We made a lifetime of memories that our boys will remember forever as will I, which will remain in my heart forever.  You were a very giving person that loved your family more than life itself, and that included all your pets too. You will be deeply missed by everyone who knew you, but you will remain in our hearts forever with all the love and care that you gave. I now know that there is another angel in heaven watching over us. Rejoice and celebrate with all your loved ones, especially your mother whom I know you were so happy to be reunited with. Thank your for friendship and all the memories we shared over the years. I love and miss you Kathy. May you Rest in Peace in the arms of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Kathy its hard to beleive your not with us anymore. We worked a long time together and had a lot of laughs and heart aches along the way. But through it all we could look back and laugh and share the times together. You meant a lot to so many people I know we will all miss you. Our hearts are breaking with your loss.  You were truly a beautiful person, always so loving and giving of yourself.  Your kindness and strength of character will live on through all of us who were lucky enough to have known you.  You will be missed, but once the tears subside, there will always be a smile of remembrance.  Thank you Kathy, for all your gifts.  We were blessed to have you in our lives.

My letter to Kathy
I love you, the three most important words in our brief time together, yes, twenty four years, 4 months and eight days of marriage (as Kristen would put it) is too short of a time to be with a beautiful and happy person like you.

It is my hope that on at 3:10am on July 6th of the year 2012 you decided to become my forever guardian angel, my confidant and most importantly my conscience for that is what you have been since I met you. I also hope, in my selfishness, that you will always be with me.

I know that you will do everything you can to help all of your family and friends that you truly loved and adored. This will be a great task to achieve but with the amount of love and compassion in your heart that you have shown me over the last twenty five years and one month that I have known you, you can do this with great success.

I miss you more by each passing second and will end this letter with the last three words you were able to speak.
