Kelli Froeschl was born on December 18, 1970 in New Orleans, Louisiana. She lived in Louisiana, Wisconsin, and many places in her early childhood years and finally arrived in Galveston, Texas. Kelli attended Ball High and graduated in 1989. She studied at Southwestern Assembly of God University.
Kelli came back to Galveston, TX where she loved to run and be near the water. A great friend of hers, Eli Abad introduced her to his friend David Froeschl. She would go on to marry David and they had three beautiful daughters and built a great life for their family together. They moved in 1995 and remained in League City, TX.
Kelli was incredibly brilliant, talented and had different careers in her life, the most enjoyed was being a full time Mom and putting all that she had into her family and raising her girls. She had big goals and dreams and once she accomplished a new goal in her professional life, she was off full speed ahead to get started on the next. Kelli was great with business and finance; she worked for Landry’s in Galveston as an accountant in the early years of her career, and then went forward from there to McDavid Honda where she rocked it in finance and made lifelong friendships with many colleagues she met there. She owned a catering company, became a licensed cosmetologist and hair stylist, and her next career in her own words would have been going on tour to do her own stand-up comedy act.
She is survived by her husband, David Froeschl Jr., her three daughters Lindsay Froeschl, Ariel and husband Ondrej Gargula, Hannah Froeschl and “Doghter” Paisley Froeschl, and grandchildren Kaydonn Gargula, Kaiden Froeschl, and Annistyn Gargula. She also leaves behind Ted and Evelyn Tumlinson whom she called the always loving and faithful “Mom & Dad” that have been there as family for Kelli, David, and the girls since her late teen years.
She is preceded in death by her grandmother Eberhardt, stepfather Eddie Hunt, and Princess, Daisy, and Beaux Froeschl who were her children with paws.
Visitation will be Wednesday, February 10, 2021 from 12:30 to 1:30 pm at Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598. A celebration of Kelli’s life will begin at 1:00 pm. Immediately following she will be laid to rest at Forest Park East Cemetery.
