Leonard (Lennie) Edward Schmidt, Jr. of Bacliff, Texas, passed away on Sunday February 16, 2014 at the age of 70yrs. He is survived by wife Cynthia Jeanette Burns Schmidt, and three Sons Troy Gordon Schmidt, Kevin Bryan Schmidt, and John Michael Welch. Grand Children are, Jeramy Lee Schmidt, Diana Vay Schmidt, and James Bryan Schmidt. Lennie was born in Texas City, Texas on the 8th day of May, 1943. He was raised in League City, Texas and graduated at Clear Creek High School in 1961. Visitation will be Thursday, February 20, 2014 from 5PM to 8PM at Forest Park East Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Friday, February 21, 2014 at 3PM at Forest Park East Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Forest Park East Cemetery.
