Leya Tziporah Nossal

September 6, 1968April 27, 2021

Leya Tziporah Nossal of Deer Park, TX passed away suddenly on April 27, 2021 at the age of 52. Leya is survived by her daughters Paige and Amy, her mother Sandra Robinson, brothers Kevin and Scott, and sister Tami. Leya was married to Jamie Nossal for 26 years.

She was preceded in death by her father Dennis Rhoton.

Leya graduated from Saginaw Valley State University with a Bachelor of Science in 1996. She spent a career in the inspection industry as a chemist and IT administrator, working for SGS, Intertek, Inspectorate, DNV and All-American Screening and Medical. She enjoyed puzzles, painting, bad police dramas, disco music, Stevie Nicks, and dancing madly in the kitchen when she thought no one was watching. She loved the beach, flowers and most of all, spending time with her beloved daughters. Leya had been a member of Temple Beth Torah since 2003.

Graveside service will be held Sunday, May 2 at 11:00AM at Forest Park East Cemetery.
