Linda Sue Ashwood

She was born on July 16, 1951 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to her parents Levi and Lucy Parris. On February 14, 1970, she married her longtime and loving husband Joseph Robert Ashwood.

Linda worked many jobs over the years, but those jobs were not what defined her character. She took the most enjoyment from being a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a devout Christian, and a member of the Providence Baptist Church in Pasadena, Texas. Her hobbies included crocheting, playing the piano, and spending time with her family.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents Levi and Lucy Parris, her brothers David Parris and Chris Parris, and her sisters Glenna Majors and Patricia Freeman.

She is survived by her brothers Joseph Parris and wife Barbara, Jack Parris and wife Sue, Leroy Parris and wife Kathy, Jeff Parris and wife Mary, Darrell Parris and wife Tammy, Richard Parris, Wesley Parris, and her sister Debby Eversole, her husband Joseph Ashwood, her daughter Jennifer Priest and husband Kevin, son Greg Ashwood and wife Naomi, son Derek Ashwood and wife Rachel, and grandchildren Ethan Priest, Madison Ashwood, Olivia Ashwood, Luke Ashwood, and Eden Ashwood.
