Linda Ondrey

Linda Ondrey, 53, of League City, passed away on November 6, 2014. She was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on November 28, 1960 to Carole Jean and William Robert Labby. Linda graduated from Clear Creek High School in 1979. She attended College of the Mainland for a brief amount of time before she settled down to start her family. She married James Cook (1980 - 1994); Henry Ondrey (1997 - 2004); and passed away as a happily divorced mother of three. Linda worked at energy companies starting at HL&P as a secretary and working all the way up to being an office manager at URS Energy Company. She was an avid volunteer for many different organizations and also had a huge passion for flowers and gardening. She is survived by her three children Kevin Cook, Gregory Cook and Rachel Cook; her three dogs Tuffy, Billy and Kaylee; her mother Carole Labby; sister Cherie Robinson; and brother Scott Labby. Our loving mother will be missed dearly. A visitation will be held Monday, November 10, 2014 from 5:00 - 8:00 P.M. at Forest Park East Funeral Home in Webster, Texas. The celebration of Linda’s life will be Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at 3:00 P.M. in the chapel of Forest Park East Funeral Home with the interment to follow.
