A rosary service for Loretta will be held Saturday, September 4, 2021 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598, followed by a memorial service from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
