Maria G. Crosby

Maria Crosby, 89, of League City, Texas passed away at home on Saturday, April 11, 2015. She was surrounded by family when she took her last peaceful breath. Maria was born May 28, 1925 in Tampico, Mexico. She was married to Charles H. Crosby on September 14, 1950. They were happily married for 48 years until his death in 1998. Maria was a very loving wife and mother who always took great pride in taking care of all her loved ones. She is survived by her daughter, Cindy Rollins; son-in-law, Johnny Rollins; granddaughter, Kristen Rollins; and siblings, Ricardo Galindo and Lucy De Los Santos. She also has several nieces, nephews and Godchildren across the US and Mexico. She has many dear friends across the globe. She will be dearly missed and NEVER forgotten. A visitation will be held Tuesday, April 14, 2015 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Forest Park East Funeral Home. There will also be a rosary Tuesday evening beginning at 7:00 p.m. The celebration of Maria’s life will be held Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. with interment to immediately follow at Forest Park East Cemetery. Pallbearers include Johnny L. Rollins, Johnny H. Rollins, Raymond Hernandez, Rene Hernandez, Nathan Garcia, and Michael Ochoa. Honorary Pallbearer is Al Crosby.
