Maria Carmen Gonzales, 83 was born on December 2, 1927 in Los Fresnos, Texas. She passed away peacefully at her residence on January 15, 2011 in Dickinson, Texas. Carmen is preceded in death by her parents, Rafael and Juana Gonzales. She is survived by two brothers Clemente (Maria), Simon (Julia), numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews, and numerous loving family and friends. The family will receive friends on Tuesday January 18, 2011, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Forest Park East Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow in the Chapel at Forest Park East at 10:00 am Wednesday January 19, 2011. Interment will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
