Martha H. Abrego

Wednesday, May 21, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on December 13, 1936, in General Terán, Nuevo León, Mexico, to Inés Quintanilla and Jacinta Garza.

Martha was preceded in death by her husband, Segundo Abrego, and granddaughter, Celena

Marie Buentello, and great-grandson Theo Martínez.

She is lovingly survived by her children: Elsa Buentello, Antonio Abrego (Virginia), Norma

Martínez (Alejandro), Segundo Abrego, Jr. (Elisa), and Martha Elia Snider (John), as well as her

many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to her caregivers: Nora Pisina, Rita Rubio,

Adela Aranda, and Evelia Cavada, for their dedication, compassion, and companionship during

the final years of her life.

Martha Hilda Abrego Quintanilla, de 88 años, de Houston, Texas, partió el Miércoles 21 de

Mayo del 2025 en paz acompañada de su familia. Martha nació el 13 de Diciembre del 1936 en General Terán, Nuevo León, México, hija de Inés Quintanilla y Jacinta Garza.

Le participa su amado esposo, Segundo Abrego, su nieta Celena Marie Buentello y bisnieto

Theo Martínez.

Le sobreviven con amor sus hijos: Elsa Buentello, Antonio Abrego (Virginia), Norma Martínez

(Alejandro), Segundo Abrego, Jr. (Elisa) y Martha Elia Snider (John), así como una gran y

querida familia de nietos y bisnietos.

A visitation for Martha will be held Monday, May 26, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598. A rosary will occur Monday, May 26, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

A funeral will be held on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Forest Park East Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at Forest Park East Cemetery, 21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598.
