Mary F Bartleson

Mary F Bartleson, 92, of Houston, Texas passed away December 9th, 2017 at 10:30 a.m., while surrounded by family. She was born June 7, 1925 in Butler, Pennsylvania to Bruce and Pearl Frantz. She graduated from Penn Township High School in 1943.

Peggy was preceded in death by parents, Bruce and Pearl Frantz; sisters, Barbara Hall and Jerry Dawson; brother, William Frantz.

She is survived by sons, Danny Slay of Highlands, Texas; David Slay of Pasadena, Texas; grandson, Rex Slay of Spring, Texas; granddaughters, Amanda Slay of Pasadena, Texas, Danni Slay of Highlands, Texas; great-granddaughters, Gabriella Hernandez, Wednesday Berninger; niece, Chris Giles of Ohio.

Her great-granddaughters were her pride and joy of her life. The legacy of her kind sprit and selflessness shall love on through them. She will be missed but not forgotten.

Family will receive friends on Thursday, December 14, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Grand View Funeral Home, 8501 Spencer Hwy, Pasadena, TX 77505 under the direction of Forest Park East, Webster, Texas. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 15, 2017 at 12:30 p.m. at Forest Park East Cemetery Chapel, 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, Texas 77598. Interment to follow at Forest Park East Cemetery in Webster, Texas.
