Melissa Ann Miller, born on July 30, 1943, passed away peacefully at her home on August 30, 2025, at the age of 82. Melissa was a generous and hard-working individual who touched the lives of many with her kindness and dedication. She was born in Shaw, Mississippi on July 3, 1943 to Herbert Sumner Ballard and Zora Pauline Johnson Ballard.
Melissa Miller had a career in Waste Treatment Plant at BASF. She had a passion for Golf, Traveling and Interior decorating.

She is survived by Daughter - Traci Pauline Hull (Husband - Scott Hull) of West Columbia, TX , Son – Timothy Patrick Wilson of Santa Fe, TX , Granddaughter - Taylor Griffith of Lake Jackson, TX, Siblings – Edwin Wesley Ballard of Cleveland MS , Joan Caron McCaffrey of Cleveland MS , Evelyn Roberta Capocaccia of Boyle MS , Francis Sue Hover of Monroe LA , Donald Holland Ballard of Sunflower County MS , 15 nieces and nephews and many life-long friends.
