

Mildred Louise Foster Sellars, born January 14, 1926 in Lufkin, Texas, passed peacefully on August 25, 2019 in Baytown, Texas. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Marrion Edgar “ANDY” Sellars; son Randall Keith Sellars: parents, Gordon Foster, Sarah Leona Hall and stepfather Bert Hall; brothers BJ Foster and Kenneth Hall.
She is survived by her sons, Bill Sellars, and wife Shirley, Michael Sellars and wife Connie; Granddaughter Kathy Sellars, Grandson Sjon Sellars, Granddaughter Denise Hurst and husband Michael; Grandson Chris Sellars and wife Samantha; Great Grand Children; Kaitlyn Sellars, Sjon Michael Sellars, Gage Hurst, Connor Sellars, Drake Hurst, Savie and Shelby Hurst, Bryan Walker, Zack Sellars, and Destiny Sellars.
Mildred married the love of her life in the Base Chappel at Victoria, Texas on June 6, 1942 while Andy was stationed there. Mildred and her husband “Andy” moved to Pasadena, Texas in 1949 after an extensive tour in the United Air Force, that took them from California, Florida and various bases in Texas.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Pasadena many decades. Mildred enjoyed people, and belonged to several bridge groups, Red Hatters and Pasadena Community Club. She loved traveling with family and friends, through Europe, Mexico, Cancun, Puerta Valerta, and Canada. Mildred was known as an excellent hostess and cook by family and friends. Mildred and Husband enjoyed many years of deer hunting with the Cox family in Fredericksburg, Luckenback, and Wimberly. She was an avid dog lover with her latest companion “Jake” by her side constantly.
Mildred was a kind and loving person who unselfishly shared the gift of caregiving with her mother and husband during lengthy illnesses. Her faith was strong throughout her life which pulled her through the devastating loss of her son, Randy, her husband “Andy”; mother Sarah Leona, stepfather JB Hall and brothers BJ Foster and Kenneth Hall, whom she loved with all her heart.
Mildred loved the lord and lived her long life, trusting and serving him.
