Norma was born July 10, 1942 in Missouri to Cecil and Eula Mae (Alan) Strange. She married Robert T. Keeler on August 13, 1965 and he preceded her in death in 2011.
She is preceded in death by her husband and her parents.
Norma is survived by her children Debra Soileau and Jeff Keeler; grandchildren Melissa Ferris, Jessica Garrison, Kristy Pedraza and Mark Roehrick, Jr. also surviving are 7 great grandchildren David Ferris, Louise Ferris, Michelle Garrison, Michael Roy Garrison, Julianna Pedraza, Shaelyn Roehrick and Ainsley Roehrick; as well as her brother, Gerald Strange.
Norma was raised and attended schools in Oblong, Illinois. She was a devoted mother and wife to her family. Norma sold Avon cosmetics for over 15 years and was a member of the Red Hat Society. In her spare time she enjoyed coloring, painting, playing cards and playing with her great grandchildren.
Graveside services will begin 10:00 AM, Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at Forest Park East Cemetery
