On Saturday, July 16, 2022, Peter Kautzmann, loving husband, father, and grandfather, passed away at the age of 74. Peter was born on October 11, 1947, in Neptune, NJ, to Frank and Cora Kautzmann. He received his business degree from Cleveland State University in 1975 and worked in the steel industry for over 20 years before transitioning to business consultancy and retired in 2010. In 1967 he married Rebecca Hohneck, and they raised two sons, Peter II and Keith.
Peter had a passion for reading, travel, the beach and surfing, luxury brands, and classic rock. He was known for his charisma and gregariousness.
Peter was preceded in death by his father Frank, his mother Cora, his sister Debbie, his brother Frank II, and his two grandsons, Peter and Patrick. He is survived by his wife Becky, his two sons, Peter and Keith, and his three grandchildren, Sawyer, Haley and Ellysa.
